Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience with rooms carved directly into the side of the hill, offering breathtaking views. The traditional Cave Style designs were charming, although some issues with condensation in the bathroom made the space a bit damp. Overall, the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were gorgeous with our own balcony table and chairs, spacious, clean, and simply perfect. The suite was massive, offering a huge bed/living room, a massive bathroom, terrace, and a separate covered hot tub. The breakfast choice was excellent, but the interior fittings could be more luxurious for this type of a hotel. Above all, the staff were first-class - nothing was too much trouble, all done with a smile.
Staying in a suite with a small hot tub outside was amazing, even though it wasn't ready for our early arrival. The large and clean rooms with the incredible breakfast and the amazing view of Santorini island make this hotel a great choice.
I was completely blown away by our stay at the hotel. The room, a junior suite, was not only bigger but far more suited to the tall among us, boasting a gorgeous design with our own balcony table and chairs, a feature we totally did not expect at all. The service, led by the amazing hotel manager, was fantastic with attentive, polite, and helpful staff handling everything from room service to car hire. The location, while great for exploring Fira and Oia, might not suit everyone due to lots of steps, yet provides an ideal path between the two main areas. Dining with the amazing view of Santorini Island offered delicious and healthy choices that could be delivered to our room or balcony, including sweet cakes for an extra treat.
Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms offered stunning direct views of Santorini's dormant volcano surrounded by the sea, but the tricky stairs inside required extra caution. Being under the new sushi bar area added a unique touch. The suite-like setup with a massive bed, living room, and bathroom, along with a separate covered hot tub, was a delight. The breakfast choices were excellent, and the standout feature was the exceptional service provided by the staff who went above and beyond with a smile.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and felt like a luxurious suite with excellent breakfast choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the room smelled of bleach, which was a bit unpleasant.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The rooms had a unique cave-like style and were incredibly spacious with a large bathroom featuring a spa bath and shower. The private terrace offered stunning views. However, the room felt a bit dark and not the nicest. The service stood out with the courteous and efficient staff making our dining experiences memorable. The best part was the superb location atop the mountain with breathtaking views of the caldera and sunset. The dining experience was good, overlooking the infinity pool and sea, but lacked some variety. While the price felt a bit high for the amenities offered, the hotel's prime location in Imerovigli made exploring Santorini convenient.
